SCF srl produces and distributes items identified as QUALITY SPARE PARTS COMPLIANT with accordance with the definition set out at paragraph 20, Title III, of the Guidelines to EU Regulation n.461 / 2010, replacing Regulation n.1400 / 2002 (Monti Law) or “spare parts with sufficiently high quality, such that their use does not compromise the reputation of authorized networks of vehicle manufacturers”.
The articles produced by SCF srl although not original are perfectly adaptable to the vehicle models to which they refer. Spare parts of equivalent quality intended to be fitted on French vehicles cannot currently be sold and / or resold in France and in the territories where French industrial and intellectual property law applies.
The original brands used in our catalogues, price lists and website are owned by the car manufacturers that produce them and are cited for indicative purposes only to simplify the identification of the vehicle model on which the spare is to be mounted.
