With this document the S.C.F. Srl, owner of the site www.veralux.it (from now on, “Site”), informs the interested party (User) that his personal data relating to navigation within the Site itself, with direct access from the homepage or through sub-pages, they will be treated with the utmost care and with tools to guarantee suitable security. It is specified that this information – in accordance with the provisions of article 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 – is not to be considered valid for other websites that may be consulted through the links contained therein.
1. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED.
1.1. Data deriving from the User’s navigation.

6. PROCESSING METHODS AND DATA RETENTION.
The data processing will be carried out in electronic and automated form, for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
The personal data processed through the Site will not be disclosed and / or communicated to third parties, and will be stored at the headquarters of the server housing service provider, with methods, times and tools aimed at ensuring maximum security and confidentiality.

In particular, we inform that the Law to Users recognizes the rights referred to in articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 77 and 82 of the GDPR (e.g. to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their data, the cancellation of data processed in violation of the law, the correction, the opposition for legitimate reasons for their use, etc.).
The Owner undertakes to provide feedback within 30 days and, in case of impossibility to respect these times, to motivate any extension of the deadlines. The reply will take place free of charge except in cases of unfoundedness or excessive requests for which a contribution of expenses not exceeding the costs actually incurred for the research carried out may be charged.

11. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY.
The S.C.F. Srl reserves the right to modify, update, add or remove parts of this Privacy Policy at its discretion and at any time.
